I've always heard people complain about the stress they feel toward their useless diets. The truth is, my friend, you do not have to starve to death. The secret is to know what food is best for you. And then, START LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE. Do not worry if the results don't show up as soon as you thought they would. Time takes time. And a healthy life too.
